1978 CIC completed a major project a CETA funded feasibility study for developing a geocoded database for Metropolitan Portland.
198O-1987 CIC volunteers provided technical support to Northwest Neighborhood Federal Credit Union, a Community Development Credit Union, the (Portland OR) Central City Plan, Portland Office of Neighborhoods Mediation Center, SRO Housing (Los Angeles CA) Elders in Action program. As well, CIC provided volunteers for community development projects in San Francisco, CA: North of Market Planning Coalition and the Northeast Community Development Federal Credit Union (http://www.necfcu.org/).
