The County’s crisis team is knowledgeable of the network of services available in the community and across the state when matching consumers to a specific service or program of care that best meets their needs. This approach is consistent with the “recovery model” advocated by United States Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and consistent with Washington State’s Mental Health Transformation of Mental Health Services project.
