Provide a variety of services and programs including: H.D.M., exercise, diet programs, computer classes, art instruction, blood pressure check, hearing aid, and recreations. Meal Program: Congregate and home delivered meals, M-F. Support Groups: Low Vision Support Group (temporarily not available). Health Screening: Blood pressure clinic on T. Recreation programs: Offer a variety of recreational and special activities. Information and Referral: Information on community resources. Companionship: Provide "Friendly Visitor"and "Senior Companion Programs." Outreach: Provide information to community regarding services.

Two-day food box for homeless clients once a month.
Clients w/residence, five-day food box every other month.
Must have photo ID or current piece of mail.
Suggested donation for meals of $2.50 ($4.50 for non-seniors) per meal for lunch program
